Christmas Eve Celebration
December 24th is significant in the Ramakrishna Mission because it marks the day when Swami Vivekananda and his fellow disciples took informal monastic vows, unknowingly on Christmas Eve, shortly after the passing of their Guru, Sri Ramakrishna, in 1886; this event is considered a pivotal moment in the formation of the Ramakrishna Order, leading to the tradition of celebrating Christmas Eve with special significance within the Mission.
There were 350 Children and elder joined the program. Christmas carol were sung.
In the end cake and snacks were distributed among all.
