Monthly Nutritive Support for Tuberculosis Patients under Ghorarash Kulingram Panchayat, Basirhat II on 29 Aug, 2025
Monthly Nutritive Support Report
Ramakrishna Mission, Sikra Kulingram has commenced a monthly nutritive support programme for 13 tuberculosis patients under Ghorarash Kulingram Panchayat.
On 29 August 2025, these beneficiaries were provided with the following items:
• Soyabean – 1 kg
• Chana – 500 gm
• Sattu – 500 gm
• Mustard Oil – 450 ml
• Eggs – 30 pcs
• Nuts – 200 gm
• Musur Dal – 1 kg
The programme will continue until March 2026.
On the request of Dhanyakuria Rural Hospital of Basirhat II Block Ramakrishna Mission, Sikra Kulingram has also undertaken the role of Nikshay Mitra, thereby extending additional nutritional support to the patients.
We express our sincere appreciation to all health workers and volunteers for their valuable cooperation in this initiative. This initiative is part of our ongoing welfare activities for the improvement of community health.

We’re pleased to announce that the Infosys-supported Mother & Child programme is now underway at Ramakrishna Mission, Sikra Kulingram. The initiative focuses on the health and well-being of pregnant women and newborns through awareness sessions on hygiene, distribution of nutritious food and health supplements (including vitamins, calcium, and folic acid), and provision of essential care kits. At the first distribution event, 15 pregnant and new mothers received a comprehensive package of food items, vitamins, medicines, hygiene products, and utility bags. The programme has been warmly received and continues to support maternal and child health in the region.
